Pensacola Beach is the hardest environment we install in and the most rewarding one to get right. Stilt houses, multi-level decks, wraparound rails, and unobstructed sightlines from the road mean a display here is visible from much further away than anywhere inland — and it takes far more punishment.
Salt spray and wind are constant, not seasonal. Retail strands do not survive a Gulf-front December. Commercial-grade LEDs, weatherproofed outdoor-rated connections, and clips sized for the surface are the baseline, and unlimited in-season maintenance is included because on this island it will get used.
Stilt houses light differently. The strongest lines on a beach house are usually the deck rails, stair runs, and pilings rather than the roof alone. Lighting the vertical structure is what gives an elevated house its shape after dark instead of a floating outline.
Rental and second-home owners get the same deal. Because design, install, maintenance, January takedown, and storage are all in one seasonal price, you do not need to be on the island at any point. Most owners never see the crew.

One walkthrough at your home. After that we handle the design, the install, the service calls, the takedown and the storage.
Installs begin October 1 and the calendar fills in the order homes are booked. The earlier you are on it, the more say you have over your install date.
