Cordova Park · Scenic Heights · Bayou Texar · Scenic Highway · Cordova Mall area
Cordova Park and Scenic Heights are wide, low, and green — long mid-century ranches on deep lots, set well back from the street, with mature oaks and pines between the house and the road. That combination is the design challenge here: the house is further from the viewer than in East Hill, and there is more yard in between.
Distance from the street changes the plan. On a deep lot a roofline alone gets small fast. Pathway lighting, driveway edges, and wrapped front-yard trees pull the display forward to eye level, which is what makes a long low ranch read as fully lit rather than outlined.
Long horizontal rooflines need a clean line. A ranch is mostly one uninterrupted run, and any bunching, sag, or gap is obvious across that length. Runs are measured and cut to the inch, and clips are matched to the shingle or gutter profile so the line stays straight from end to end.
Bayou Texar and the Scenic Highway bluffs bring water exposure. Homes on the bayou and along the bluff take damp air and steady wind off the water, which is why displays use commercial-grade LEDs and outdoor-rated connections, and why in-season maintenance is part of the price rather than an add-on.

Cordova Park questions
They will, but the design has to account for it. On deep Cordova Park lots we bring the display forward with pathway lighting, driveway edges, and wrapped front-yard trees so it reads from the street instead of shrinking into the setback.
Yes. Water-facing homes get commercial-grade LEDs and outdoor-rated connections because of the damp air and steady wind, and maintenance is included all season for exactly that reason.
Yes — that is what custom-cut runs are for. Each section is measured and cut to the inch so a fifty-foot horizontal run stays straight rather than dipping between clips.

Before you decide
You see it before it goes up. We walk your home, design to its architecture, and show you the plan and the price. Nothing is ordered or installed until you say yes.
No. Every clip is made for the surface it sits on — no nails, no staples, no screws. We are fully insured, and there is nothing to repair when the lights come down.
Call or text us and we come out. Service is included for the whole season, with no per-visit charge.
One walkthrough at your home. After that we handle the design, the install, the service calls, the takedown and the storage.
Installs begin October 1 and the calendar fills in the order homes are booked. The earlier you are on it, the more say you have over your install date.
